Who we are
Remote ABA Staffing ("we," "us") is a staffing agency headquartered in Rockland County, New York, that places operations staff with applied behavior analysis (ABA) providers. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our related communications.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, organization, job title, email address, phone number, the states and roles you are hiring for, and anything you write in a message.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through essential cookies and, only if you allow them, analytics and advertising cookies. If you arrive from an advertisement, we record campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs) with your request so we know which campaigns are useful.
If you subscribe to our emails or download a resource, we keep your email address and the consent you gave so we can send what you asked for.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, Social Security numbers, health information or any patient information through this website.
How we use it
To respond to your requests and provide staffing services; to send you information you ask for; to operate, secure and improve this website; to measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and to comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process information on our behalf under contract, such as website hosting, database, email and analytics providers. With your consent, advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta receive cookie and event data used to measure campaigns. Professional advisers and authorities when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
If you have allowed analytics and advertising cookies, we may send a hashed (encrypted, one-way) copy of your email address and phone number to Google and Meta when you submit a form, so they can tell us whether an ad led to your request. They cannot read the original values from this data, and we do not send the rest of your form. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it
Business inquiries and staffing requests are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act, including encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff accounts and vendor due diligence. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by sending a request through our contact form. We will verify the request and respond within 45 days, or sooner where your state’s law requires. Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
