We built the agency ABA practices kept asking for.
Remote ABA Staffing is a staffing agency that works only with ABA providers, and only on the operations side of the practice.
Why we exist
ABA practices run on two engines. One is clinical: BCBAs and RBTs delivering care. The other is operational: the intake, authorization, scheduling, billing and credentialing work that turns a referral into a funded, scheduled, paid session.
The operational engine is where small gaps become expensive. An authorization lapses because the coordinator left. A clinician spends Friday afternoon on hold with a payer. A generic agency sends a medical biller who has never seen a unit cap. We started Remote ABA Staffing to close those gaps with people who already know the work.
What makes us different
We specialize. Every role we fill is an ABA operations role, and every candidate is tested on ABA workflows before you meet them. We are headquartered in Rockland County, New York, and we serve ABA providers in every state with remote staff.

RBT, BCaBA and BCBA are BACB certifications. We verify them; we never grant or imply them.
